World of Warcraft
Title-- The Great Hunt: Wings
Rating and Warnings-- G; no warnings.
Species and Characters-- Asachi, my Tauren Hunter, and Laith, her leonine pet (a rare named The Rake).
Disclaimer-- I do not own or hold copyright to World of Warcrafttm or anything related to Azeroth such as the Tauren race or Hunter class. The only thing copyright to me is the story itself and Asachi, as she is my own character. All else is copyright to Blizzard. Don't sue me, I'm poor. WoW pwnz m3.
Summary and Notes-- I <3 this character. Level 33, baby, and Laith is 31.

'Hear that, Laith...?' )

World of Warcraft
Title-- One Spirit, Many Shapes: Success
Rating and Warnings-- G; warnings of extreme filth (literally! >D).
Species and Characters-- Kharjine, my Tauren Druid, and her trainer (who is canon and thus copyright Blizzard!), Turak Runetotem.
Disclaimer-- I do not own or hold copyright to World of Warcrafttm or anything related to Azeroth such as the Tauren race or Druid class. The only thing copyright to me is the story itself and Kharjine, as she is my own character. All else is copyright to Blizzard. Don't sue me, I'm poor. WoW pwnz m3.
Summary and Notes-- Takes a lot of out you, some of these damned quests. *G* This is the tail end of the "get yer damn ugly-ass aquatic form" quest and practically canon, with a few dialogue exceptions. And yes, this was written at work (though I'm making some revisions as I type it up).

Kharjine was shaking with exhaustion and fear as she came up for breath in the murk of Sludge Fen... )

World of Warcraft
Title-- The Great Hunt: Home-coming
Rating and Warnings-- G; warning for nondescript death and a really pretty raptor (XD).
Species and Characters-- Asachi, my Tauren Hunter, and Azhoma, her Sunscale Lashtail (raptor) pet.
Summary and Notes-- Just a really short minific that I wrote with Asachi because I loved the experience. Uncut 'cause it's like, uber-short. Oh, and by the way, I'll be using the same sort of titling for my WoW fics--the char will have a base title (for Asachi, it's The Hunt of Life) and then an "episode" title (in this case, Home-coming). And this fic is set back before Laith, when 'Sach still had Tawn (the wolf). Oh, and okay, last note--but it's a pretty sucky little ficlet; I wrote it at work.

-------------------------

Asachi returned triumphant to Mulgore, having tamed one of the weaker sunscale lashtails that hunted near the Crossroads. Her first pet, a prairie stalker, was stabled secure in Thunder Bluff, loyal and awaiting her arrival patiently. She hadn't yet contacted her elder brother or her close friend, Rochava--both probably still in Camp Narache in training--and as she set hoof on the rolling expanse of the Golden Plains, she smiled at being home.

The white Tauren, her keen beast-tracking sense tingling with the masses of prairie stalkers and flatland cougars and swoops that flooded the beauty of Mulgore, pointed almost casually to the nearest beast--a prairie wolf alpha, larger than her distant Tawn by far. At her side, a beautiful teal-striped violet raptor squalled and lunged, running with awkward swiftness to attack the unsuspecting wolf. Snarls and shrieks were joined by gunfire as Asachi wielded her hunter's boomstick with devastating efficiency--the wolf was dead in less than twenty seconds. As Azhoma rejoined her, she smiled and laughed at the power of mind and metal, body and heart that she commanded.

After skinning the wolf and feeding her raptor what she'd salvaged of its flesh, the Tauren and her pet cleared out a small area--the swift and precise slaughter of another alpha, two cougars, and one of the despised carrion birds (how she hated swoops!) took less than five minutes altogether. Asachi sprawled on a bloodless patch of grass, her bags filled with meat for her pet and hides to sell and coin to spend, and stared up at the cloudless sky with more peace and joy than she'd had in seasons. With enough coaxing, Azhoma laid beside her and allowed her to stroke his warm, leathery, jewel-toned hide as she closed her eyes and simply basked in the sun.

A very funny screenshot of Asachi and Azhoma. >D )

Obsession. Again. ^^;;

World of Warcraft
Title-- On the Other Side: Fear
Rating and Warnings-- PG for angst and vivid descriptions of a walking corpse.
Species and Characters-- Kreeanne, an Undead Warlock, and her Imp, Dagtuk.
Disclaimer-- I do not own or hold copyright to World of Warcrafttm or anything related to Azeroth such as the Undead race or Warlock class. The only thing copyright to me is the story itself and Kreeanne, as she is my own character. All else is copyright to Blizzard. Don't sue me, I'm poor. WoW pwnz m3.
Summary and Notes-- This is the second Kree fanfic I've written (actually about ten days ago), mostly at work on paper in very, tiny, writing. *grins* Oh, and the first two quotes from Dagtuk? Are canon. I.E., he's said that to me in the game before. This just deals with a slight fictionalization of one of the early undead quests.

'Hey, why don't you make yourself useful and help me out here?!' )
